Guest Speakers

Throughout the duration of the two years of the program multiple guest speakers arrive in your courses. Some speakers are really inspirational, some are funny, some can be boring, but some can be past attendees of the program and it is interesting to see what job they have now or got into from being in the program. You learn a lot about the people who come in and you also learn the ways of how they present. Speaking in front of the class is something you do a lot and when different quest speakers come in they all have different teaching techniques. Some speakers come in and talk about things you have never heard of before and some speakers are people you have met before throughout the program. It is really important to take key messages away from some of the presenters because later on things they may have said come in really handy like how to create a good resume. They may end up being an employer that may interview you for a future job as well. At the start of the program even you as a student have the task of finding your own guest speaker which is pretty fun! Get a card or some contact info because they may come in handy later.
